Typically, your order will be processed the following working day so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail in case you can’t find it.

We use Post.nl for domestic shipping. For domestic orders, we do offer Standard delivery.

* It is important to note that domestic shipping duration will take longer during the holidays. Packages can take up to 2 – 3 business days during the holiday season. The holiday season usually begins the first week of December and ends late-January. Also your delivery can delay due to COVID-19. The situation is constantly changing. We use Post.nl International and DPDgroup for international shipping. For international (European Union) orders, we do offer Standard International delivery.

  • Post.nl International Shipping EU (1-2 Business day) – This method is for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg
  • Post.nl International Shipping EU (2-4 Business day) – This method is for Denmark, France (incl. Monaco and Corsica, excl. Andorra), Great Britain (incl. Northern Ireland, excl. Gibraltar and Channel Islands), Sweden
  • Post.nl International Shipping EU (3-7 Business day) – This method is for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Croatia (5-8 Business day), Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain (incl. Did you miss your delivery?

 

If you are not there when your order arrives and you have chosen home delivery, the carrier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick it up (usually your local post office) or how you can re-schedule a delivery. Sometimes there are multiple delivery attempts if you have not signed an agreement about delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place.
